Beginning Oct. 1, 2020, both NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN exams will retain some of the characteristics of the modified exam. This will make you over analyze each option. You must have every one of the last 60 questions above the passing threshold for this situation in order to pass your NCLEX.
